WELCOME TO YOUTH FORUM

Welcome to my blog. My aim is to generate enough awareness amongst the youth of Nigeria; both at home and those in diaspora, towards the need for us to wake the living giants inside all of us from slumber and take up the challenge of living up to expectations of what our generation demands from us.

We cannot continue to acquiesce like voiceless swan while we allow our generation to waste away. Its time we stop blamming leadership because by now we should be leaders. (most of the developed world bears such testimonies of youthful leadership).
we must stop blaming the older generation for refusing us the pride of leadership because we cannot expect same to be giving on a silver platter, we must step up to it.

We need to step up our game, shun complacency, embrace courage, take up the challenge that stares us in the face. Its time we become leaders, good leaders for ourselves and prepare a fertile ground for the next generation already close by.

Verdant pastures do still exist. Nigeria is our country and we must stay to do our part. This is history in the making. some part of which we would listen to before we visit our graves.

This is a clarion call.

This blog would feature articles on contemporary issues that bedevil our dear country Nigeria and discuss the role the youth should be playing to deliver the country from the quandary we presently dwell in.

The blog would also feature interviews mostly audio with various  personalities that has shaped our country and those that have the potential to shape the future of this country.

I welcome your contribution and posts on this blog but please let us be civil as we do so.

I do hope to have a good time with you all.
